Notice of shipping and power outage periods during the year-end and New Year holidays

We are pleased to hear of your company's continued prosperity. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued support.
We would like to inform you that our company will be closed for the year-end and New Year holidays and our shipping schedule will be as follows.
Due to a power outage, the entire company will be closed from 12/29 (Thu.) to 1/9 (Mon.) for a major renovation of the power receiving equipment. Since faxes will be out of service during the outage, we anticipate that orders and shipments will be concentrated on 1/10 (Tue.). Therefore, we may not be able to respond to all requests.
Therefore, we would appreciate your cooperation in placing your orders by Tuesday, December 27 for orders to be shipped on Tuesday, January 10.

   • New Year's shipments will begin on Tuesday, January 10.
   • We will not be able to receive fax orders during the blackout period.
   • Please place your order well in advance as the arrival date may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions during the year-end and New Year holidays.
