(Head Office: Okegawa, Saitama, Japan; Representative Director: Kyoko Fujiya; hereinafter Sankyo Rikagaku"), a comprehensive abrasive cloth and paper manufacturer, announces that it has completed the acquisition of Zibo Riken Taishan Polishing Tools Limited (hereinafter "Riken Taishan") and Zibo Shisand Taishan Sandpaper Limited (hereinafter collectively "Taishan Group") based in Shandong, China on June 23, 2022. (hereinafter referred to as "Zibo Taishan") on June 23, 2022.As announced on April 19, 2022, we have acquired a majority stake in Riken Taishan, and as a result, Taishan Group will become a wholly owned subsidiary of our company. Going forward, we will build optimal production and sales structures at our bases in Japan and China to accelerate business development in the global market.
