SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

Sankyo Chemical Co. ("Sankyo") hereby sets forth the following terms and conditions regarding the use of social media ("SNS") for which we have established accounts (the "Terms").

List of SNS Accounts

We consider social media to be an important forum for direct communication with our customers and have established standards of use for social media in order to fulfill our social responsibilities and earn the trust of our customers.

1. Understand and comply with corporate ethics, internal and external regulations and rules

In utilizing social media, we will comply with laws and regulations and corporate ethics, always discipline ourselves so that we do not say or do anything that deviates from sound social common sense as a sensible member of society, and approach communication with our customers with an attitude of "sincerity, fairness, and justice.

2. Understanding of media characteristics and preparation for participation

Be willing to listen to what other callers have to say.
We understand that information sent to the Internet can be accessed by an unspecified number of users, that once information is sent, it cannot be completely deleted, and that the information sent by individuals belonging to our company can be evaluated by our company, and we are always aware of our responsible behavior.
